nicely written. Has an upbeat, constant rhythm to it. Fun to read and nice imagery. "lift off slow" makes me think of a shuttle launch. just my own thought; after the line "lying in bed thinking" I would insert; wondering am I awake or sleeping. and the "sun shining, warm blanket folding" creates a summery type of warmth in my mind. 2 thumbs up! loli
a shuttle launch is a cool thought! especially considering all the exposure to space related things recently. it fits in well. in fact, i was thinking of a large or heavy bird. thats a nice line :) thanks! :)
